Another Day
Gave my lesson in Relief Society today. The talk was "Broken Things Mended" by Elder Holland. I thought it went very well. We read the whole talk and I did a little bit of commentary but there wasn't any discussion from the class this time. It ended 10 minutes early and so we sang two closing songs.
I'm working on my new business. Nek Koolers. I've made some and now I'm working on the display stands for them. I'm out of polymer. I have an order in for 20 lbs. and will pick it up on Tuesday, since everything is closed for Memorial Day tomorrow.
George made his regular Sunday call tonight to check on me. He's pretty sweet. Thanks bro.

Where O Where?
Where has the month of May gone? I spent 10 days in Vegas. I played a lot with Richie, did some housework, Went to the hospital 5 times to see Carter, went swimming, spent time with Cassie and Richard and crocheted 5 hats.
Since I've returned home, I've crocheted another 5 hats, performed with the Ukelele ladies and am back to my normal schedule. That's about it. 20 days in a nut house.....shell.

Cassie had a c-section. Baby and mommy are doing fine. He is having a little trouble breathing and is being given oxygen (normal for being 33 days early) Carter is 5 lbs. 9 oz. 18 inches long.
More info as I get it.
I'm going to work this morning and then heading to Vegas either today or tomorrow on the shuttle.

with a headache and a smile
Been humming "with a wink and a smile" over and over. My head is about to explode with pain, and that's all I can think of to hum......just thought I'd share.
Terrance had emergency appendectomy on Sunday night. They weren't able to put a tub down his nose or throat because of his past injuries to his face. So he has the old fashioned 5-inch cut not the 3 1-inch cuts.
Just got a text message from R4. Cassie is 2 centimeters dialated and 50% effaced. He thinks she could have Liam within the week!
Argghh!
