whatever2
Same old, same old.
I did get to perform with the Ukelele ladies last Thursday. It was a lot of fun. I haven't been able to go to the practices because of my Dwight job, but they gave me a copy of the program they were doing and I did a very little practice at home. Ethel picked me up and she was in a mou mou, not black pants and red shirt like we've been playing in. It turns out that they changed what they were all wearing. I grabbed my mom's mou mou and some shoes and we were off to Paragona where we had a big dinner prepared by one of the U. L.'s. I changed there. Then we did the performance at a meeting hall in Paragona.
Saturday I couldn't find my tennis shoes........ still in Parogona. I'm wearing my sandals until I can get them back.
Sunday I gave my Relief society lesson. Elder Uchdorf's "The wind beneath our wings talk" from October 2005 conference. It went really well. I passed out paper airplanes and pencils to write key words on the plane about the lesson. The ladies really liked it. (I had pre-made the planes (jets) and arranged them in a bowl vase, nose down. It looked like a paper flower boquet before I passed it around)
In relief society, they announced that someone had brought in a couple hundred seed packets (flowers, veggies and herbs) free for the taking. Wednesday is my free day. Hopefully I can get some planting done.

Dear Author mom.junkandstuff.net !
It is a pity, that now I can not express - I hurry up on job. I will return - I will necessarily express the opinion on this question.

whatever
I have absolutely nothing to write about. I'm not sure if that's good or bad. No bad health to report. No good activities to report. Life continues CAE.

As the stomach turns
Life continues. I had a great time in Vegas. Spent lots of time with R4, Cassie and Richie. Helped with some house chores, got to go with Richie to the park. Cassie did a major over-haul on the fish tank and it turned out great. R4 and I took a trip downtown to see the volcano at the Mirage blow its top. The kids took me to P. F. Changs for dinner on Tuesday night to celebrate my birthday and then surprised me with an Ipod Nano. I've learned how to load it and have music on the go at all times. Cooool.
Not so good news..... My Dad's kidneys are failing and they don't know why. He keeps fainting and falling. He's injured his knee in one of the falls.
