NO IT CAN'T BE
Went to play Rocket Snails (mancala) and it said "Error 404. File not found" NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I can't tolerate this frail existence without Rocket Snails!!!!!

Got thru another Relief Society Lesson. It went really well. No panic attacks, so all's good.
I'm still having these headaches. They are a real bear. When I called the doctor's office he thought since I went off the pain meds that it was narcotic withdrawls. Yeah, I had those for 2 1/2 weeks, but I've been off the nasty stuff for 3 months!!!!!!!!!! "Oh, well maybe it's not that then" DUH! So he put me on a perscription Tylenol for the week hoping that will slow things down.
Friday and Saturday are all I have left of the Summer Season of the Utah Shakespeare Festival, then I get 3 weeks off until the Fall season starts (I'll be back to once per week 2p show.) for the last week in September and the month of October. Then done until next summer.
George always calls me on Sundays and this is the 3rd Sunday in a row he hasn't called. I hope that means he's really busy with George the Giant business.
Gotta go ice my head. Love to anyone who dares read this stuff.

Hall-la-looya
Just talked to Joe! Yaaaaayyy, He's still alive and kicking.

Went to the Ukelele Ladies Potluck last night. Believe it or not, Rich enjoyed himself. It was only 2 hours, so not very long. We socialized, ate and then sang. All the hubbies were given shakers, bells, tambourines etc. to play along with us and sing.
We were definitely the youngest there. Oh well. It was fun to see how all the men were so proud of what their wives were doing. (especially Rich) It was sweet.

"Ain't Life a Kick in the Head"
Just talked to Grandma Ruth. She told me she knew about Richard's car being stolen. I told her about the bill from the city, and that Richard was upset. She said that someone threw a brick into the window of her Jaguar while it was parked in her car port! It cost $600. to get it fixed. Then her cell phone that had been in the car was stolen and before she could get it turned off the thief had rung up a huge bill that she now has to pay. She wanted Richard to know she's upset too.
Life is a Big Bad Bear sometimes.

Happy news: Rich was called by one of the job services he has been using and they had sent his resume to a company and they looked at it and didn't even need to interview him. He starts Monday. It is part time in the morning and he has his current job in the afternoon so he is pretty set for a while.

Rich and I are going to a Pot Luck dinner tonight. It is for the Ukelele Ladies. (and their spouses) We will eat and then PLAY. It's kind of a Kick off for practicing again since we take the whole summer off. I sure hope it stays on Monday's cuz it's the only day I have open. I made carb-smart brownies.

Other than that: Same old same old.

#@#SEPERATOR#@# Another Nother Day
My primary class went okay. As well as can be expected with a class of 4 5-year-olds. They were little wiggle worms. But they tried to be good.
I am still fighting a nasty headache.
I went to the Family History Center this morning. We have not had anyone come in during my shifts in a while. Summer is always slow but it is still hard to get used to. I am in charge of making cards for our card catalog. When ever a book, film or fiche come in I create and print cards for each category the item fits in. Since no one has come in to be helped I have been catching up on the file. I can go as fast or as slow as I want, and today I took it really slow.
It's 3:30ish and this headache is a bear.
Nothing has been or probably will be accomplished today. I can't even manage a nap. Silly me. Life goes on.
I know what would make me feel good. Well, besides a large chocolate shake. A nice newsy letter from my little lost sheep Joseph. Where oh where can he be?

Another Day
It's Saturday and it is grocery shopping day. That's it. That was the extent of my goals.
I worked tonight at the Shakespeare Fest. During the Green Show there was a man with a cigar and no matter where I stood the wind blew his smoke in my face. Boy do I not feel well right now. My head is pounding.
I did want to say that I saw one excellent show last night. Doctor Faustus. Wow. Acting I figured would be good but when you include the sets and costumes and stage magic, yes magic it was just wonderful. My friend, Loa, enjoyed herself as well so it made for a great evening.
Gotta go put ice on my head. Talk at ya later.

Life continues
Not much to report. Life goes on. I hate headaches! Things are pretty boring. Housework on Monday. Family History on Tuesday and Friday morning. Afternoon Shakespeare Fest. today. Thursday, Friday and Saturday night Shakespeare Fest.

Friday night I have a friend, Loa, coming to see Dr. Faustus with me. That should make it fun.

It got better
Rich has a new job. He is working for Levitt Properties. He is the book keeper and assistant to the Properties Manager. He has his own office. It is just down the road maybe a mile. He aced the interviews and then blew them away when they gave him a book keeping test, spelling test and Excel test. (Besides doing them in record time.) He started today. (Thursday) Doesn't get paid this month until the 30th, so it's going to be a stretch.
Went to the "Green Show" on Tuesday night. Before the evening plays held in the Outdoor Shakespeare theater, There is an hour show put on by SUU students. You bring your chairs and blankets and sit on the lawn. (on the "green") It's free. Even better. For Enrichment night our Ward met on the lawn for the show. No stress and enjoyed each other's company.

Nonnie thanks so much fot he offer! I really appreciate it but right now I have a houseful.. But as soon as I don't have a house full we will come and get you to visit for a bit. Richie will enjoy it. He's getting to be so much fun.. Wants to be played with all the time..But that means he's a lot of work and makes me soooo tired.. Anyway. When you come maybe you could help me get him on a schedule. That would be so great!

R4's car stolen
I can't believe it. R4's car was stolen this morning and then wrapped around a pole and totaled. Life sucks! I'm so sorry Richard. I know you needed it for work.
Nothing to report here to the world. Life goes on no matter how unfair. Sorry guess this news cemented a bad mood in me today. Tomorrow can only get better. At least that's "My New Philosophy". (in joke)
Gotta go have dinner and then go to Shakespeare Festival "Green Show". (explain tomorrow)

Early Riser
Having trouble sleeping tonight so might as well scribble a message. Got to go to a movie on Saturday night. We saw Sky High. It was a lot of fun. It would appeal to anyone who loved the old Disney movies with Kurt Russell.
Sunday was uneventful. Went to all my meetings at church. "Alvin" was a little ornery, but got through it okay. Went to choir at 4:15p. I sing with the Basses. Lots of fun. No one takes themselves very seriously.
Ohhhh. We finished reading Harry Potter and The Half-Blood Prince early Sunday morning. Don't know what to say except Rich cried through the last 3 chapters and I just had my mouth open. Kind of expected most of it because of the Chapter Titles: The half-blood price escapes, and The white tomb.
This book especially leaves you with the feeling that you should never have started reading the series until all 7 books had come out so that you could just read one after another without all the years of waiting in-between. uhghhhhhh! Guess thats it. Time to try to sleep some more.

Still Standing
Hey got through today and I am still standing. No problem at the Shakespeare Festival tonight. I even put in my 3 hours this morning at the Family History Center, so it was probably just dehydration.
Not much else except "who the devil is Rocko and what's his/her problem?" Just for what it's worth. : >/ Cuz I like my new blog R4 and it's what I have wanted for some time.

I can't believe you can teach an old dog new tricks, but this old mom is learning something new! Here it is my own blogger. Thank you sonny boy. You is the best.
Got a headache today, so doubt I will say much. But had to take advantage of this. Rich is home too with back spasms so not much will get accomplished today. I almost fainted yesterday while handing out programs at the Shakespeare Festival (ala primary program) not good. The hostess that I rode with had to get her car and take me home. I'm doing okey today, just feel like I have a hang over. Like I would know what that felt like but I now have a good idea. I hand out programs tomorrow night, so I hope all goes well. The costume I wear is very heavy and it might have contributed to the light-headedness. OKAY! This is good for my first blog.
