Worked my leg off

Friday was set up day for the Family History Faire. As people brought in items to show at the faire I was one of 3 people that put them on tables depending on what category they fit in (pictures, family newsletters, heirlooms, journals, quilts etc.) I brought a lot of my own stuff to show as well. My mom and dad's missionary pictures. Mom's Danish bible, Book of Mormon, Pearl of Great Price and her Relief Society song book. Also Ruth's wooden cake platter and some Danish porcelain.
Rich brought me lunch so that I could be there all day to help. (8:30a-5:30p). Then on Saturday I greeted people as they came into the cultural hall and answered questions. I continued set up from 8a-10a, then the faire was from 10a-2p. They fed us sandwiches around noon. From 2p-3p was clean up. I came home tried to nap and then from 7p-9p was a Family History Fireside. By the time I got home for good at 9:30p I looked like Quasiemoto, or The Mummy. Not sure which. The right leg just dragged behind me. Very sad.

I woke still dragging my leg, but no headache, so I was able to attend my church meetings which made me feel very good. And I made it to choir. We sing a very difficult song next Sunday. "Make Us One". It will be beautiful. Hard, but beautiful.

Please note: A quick "Kilroy was here" from my avid readers would help me keep writing this dribble.
