Another Adventure in Futility

Wednesday night was a performance for Ukelele Ladies. We all met at the leaders house. She gave out our Hawaiian Shirts and beads and then we carpooled to Parawan (17 miles away). I was in Katheryn's car (the leader) we arrive in the parking lot and she stops the car and says "I don't think I brought my ukelele!" It turns out she did not and all the calling in the world to her husband, children and fellow ukelele ladies got no answer. Sooooooo. The group was asked if anyone would let her play their uke and they could play with the rhythm gal. Since I could play rhythm I volunteered. It was a lot of fun, but I still haven't played my uke for a performance except for Family History Staff. And they never sing along so it's no fun.
Yesterday was my first Fall Shakespeare Festival day. Everything went just fine. Today is FHC day and I am working the 3-6 shift instead of 9-12 because the Director of FHC is at a Family History Conference in S.L.C.
I guess that's about it for now. Keep those cards and letters coming folks!
